It’s time to talk about you!<br><br><strong>The Role</strong>:<br><strong>Overview</strong>: At Aplos, excellent customer service is a critical element of our success. In this role, you will<br>be a key part of the Aplos team; working directly with our church and nonprofit customers. You will help each organization reach their goals by providing efficient and effective solutions so that they can be successful with using the Aplos platform. Customer Support representatives work directly with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and troubleshoot problems in an efficient manner.<br><br><strong>In this role, you will</strong>:<br>1. <strong>Customer Assistance</strong>: Provide courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable assistance to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.<br>2. <strong>Product Expertise</strong>: Develop an in-depth understanding of our software products to effectively troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries, and guide customers through usage and best practices.<br>3. <strong>Issue Resolution</strong>: Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to senior support as needed.<br>4. <strong>Documentation</strong>: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and&nbsp; follow-up actions, using our support ticketing system.<br>5. <strong>Product Feedback</strong>: Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input to our product development teams, helping to enhance our software offerings.<br>6. <strong>Training and Resources</strong>: Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to empower customers to find answers independently.<br>7. <strong>Quality Assurance</strong>: Participate in quality assurance and testing activities to identify and report software bugs and usability issues.<br>8. <strong>Customer Advocacy</strong>: Advocate for customers' needs and requirements within the organization, ensuring their voices are heard in product improvements and development.<br><br><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong>:<br>We believe that no one meets 100% of the listed qualifications.
