The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who’s passionate, dedicated, and forward thinking. The Art Director will work under the guidance of the Creative Director to ensure concepts are on strategy and creative execution meets quality and brand standards. The ideal candidate has a solid background in graphic design, animation and video production. The Art Director must be an experienced leader with the ability to maximize the talent of in-house designers, video production crew and animators. This includes recruiting, managing, developing, and retaining talent. You will be a coach, an instructor, and a critic all at once. You’ll need to be fluent in all facets of the creative process, have knowledge of industry best practices, and be willing to take risks. You’ll be a working manager, providing art direction as well as handling video and design projects on your own.
