This individual is specifically responsible for understanding industry trends, building effective sales and marketing strategy and plans, while guiding execution and accountability for accomplishing organizational goals. Research new channels or platforms to be considered and work with leadership to utilize them most effectively</li><li>Support, uphold and demonstrate the Awana cultural values in internal and external communications and relationships.</li><li>Perform other related duties as required</li></ul><div><br><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience and success in marketing, ideally in the Christian marketplace.</li><li>Professional level people management and cross-functional team leadership experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree desired with a concentration in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Communication, Business or similar from an accredited college or university.
