The Director of Sales plays a key leadership role in defining and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to support FundEasy’s mission and vision.<br><br></div><div><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Lead &amp; Manage the Sales Team</strong> – Oversee team structure, scheduling, performance, and development. Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales team with clear accountability and regular coaching to achieve targets.</li><li><strong>Strategic Planning &amp; Execution</strong> – Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement a scalable sales plan. Define quotas, incentives, and territories to align with budget goals and company objectives.</li><li><strong>Sales Process Oversight</strong> – Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring consistent execution across the funnel. Personally support and close high-value opportunities as needed.</li><li><strong>Performance Analytics &amp; Reporting</strong> – Develop reporting systems to monitor KPIs, team performance, and progress toward revenue goals.
