As a leader in web presence and email communications, the purpose of this role is to facilitate online engagement between The Gideons and targeted audiences through websites, emails, and social media channels. The UX web manager also ensures members and ministry partners are experiencing a consistent brand of The Gideons International across all digital channels. Develops intuitive user interfaces and experiences that communicate and perform. Refreshes layout of public website through updated designs, new features, routine maintenance and improvements, and content that meets needs of target audiences. Makes minor adjustments to public and ancillary sites, as needed. Manages SEO of public and ancillary sites.<br><strong>Conceptualization:</strong> Conceptualizes web design solutions that provide a friendly user experience with a primary focus on mobile first, then desktop.
