Job Summary:
REACHRIGHT is seeking a talented and experienced Content Director to lead our content strategy, creation, and distribution efforts with a strong focus on SEO. In this fully remote role, you will manage our social media accounts, write and edit SEO-focused blog posts, and implement outreach strategies for link-building. You will be responsible for developing engaging and meaningful content to support the growth and visibility of our client churches.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness for our clients, with a strong focus on SEO.
Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our clients' missions and visions.
Write, edit, and optimize SEO-focused blog posts that provide valuable insights, best practices, and success stories to help churches grow and thrive.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and informative content for various digital platforms.
Conduct outreach to establish relationships with influencers and secure high-quality backlinks to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor and analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and future content development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our content remains relevant and effective.
Ensure all content aligns with our clients' brand identity and messaging, while maintaining the highest standards for quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing, preferably within a church or non-profit organization.
Proven experience with SEO-focused content creation and optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, SEO best practices, and Google Analytics.
