<div><strong>DIGITAL CONTENT PRODUCER<br></strong><br></div><div>Full-time, onsite in Irondale, AL. <strong><em>Remote-eligible.<br></em></strong><br></div><div><strong>HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:<br></strong><br></div><div>As the Digital Content Producer<strong>, </strong>you will be responsible for producing and editing the content for EWTN’s digital platforms, both long-form and short-form, new and repurposed. This person will assist in the creative process of the development of new content and will execute the technical aspects of these projects. The type of content includes but is not limited to podcasts, series and stand-alone videos.<br><br></div><div><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO:<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>Assist the Vice President of Programming and Production, Digital Content Manager, and EWTN Next partners with ideation for new concepts and content for EWTN’s digital (and linear) platforms, as well as the storyboarding and planning for these projects.</li><li>Stage, light, shoot and edit projects.</li><li>Create short-form content for social media and our digital platforms, including YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels.</li><li>Track project workflow, keeping all production aspects on schedule.</li><li>Communicate with partners and talent regarding production process.</li><li>Coordinate equipment and crew regarding execution of productions.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments in the delivery of content.</li><li>Support greater EWTN Next team with evaluating and promoting content.</li></ul><div><strong>ABOUT YOU:<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience producing and editing content for social media and digital platforms, preferably in a Production/Programming environment.</li><li>You possess a solid understanding of the characteristics of content that perform well on social media and digital platforms, including algorithms and metrics of YouTube and Instagram, etc.</li><li>You are a practicing Catholic with strong knowledge of the Catholic Faith and EWTN’s mission, programming, and digital audience.</li><li>You excel in the following technical skills:<ul><li>Lighting and cinematography/videography.</li><li>Editing, sound design and color grading skills, preferably Adobe Creative Cloud.</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite: database and A/P news software (ENPS) also beneficial.</li></ul></li><li>You have a dynamic sense of creativity with a drive to explore new ways of executing projects that improve quality and impact.</li><li>Some of your dominant soft skills include superior organizational and communication skills, time management with a high degree of accuracy &amp; attention to detail, proactive, team collaborator.</li><li>You can adjust to a flexible schedule when needed and travel periodically for meetings.</li><li>You hold an Undergraduate degree communications, Visual Arts, Media or related field.</li></ul><div><strong>PREFERRED:<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>You have contacts and networking within the Catholic community.</li></ul><div><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>We offer a career with purpose! <div><strong>SUMMARY</strong></div><div>The Digital Advertising and Content Manager analyzes, plans and executes toward the success of Global Media Outreach’s digital ad programs, web and other content.<br><br></div><div><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</div><ul><li>Analyzes key performance indicators to determine adjustments in advertising</li><li>Identifies advertising channels and opportunities within them on a global</li><li>Using metric-based performance standards, measures new campaigns and adjusts accordingly.</li><li>Analyzes and manages the continuous improvement of Gospel website campaigns using multiple key performance</li><li>Manages placement of content from our inventory of available content and works with partners to develop new content.</li><li>Curates and determines best use of content beginning with the ads through the customer experience across multiple brands globally.</li><li>Manages and maintains content across websites, digital resources, social media platforms, etc….
