We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.&nbsp;</div><div>In the role of Business Systems Analyst III you will have the opportunity to:&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.</li><li>Work with end-users to understand PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials Supply Chain Management and develop solutions to their business processes using various technology to maximize their performance.</li><li>Participate in requirements definition sessions with stakeholders to capture detailed, system-agnostic business requirements.</li><li>Facilitate sessions to document current business process and designs to-be processes and understand the finance functional business processes across the entire organization.</li><li>Train end-users domestically and internationally on existing and/or new Finance Systems and processes across all departments when necessary.</li><li>Support the ministry in the review, planning, testing and implementation of Financial Management System upgrades or edits.</li><li>Utilize all available tools and information sources to elicit requirements, including interviews/meetings, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis.</li><li>Provide effort estimates for business analysis in proposed initiatives.
