Sales Manager

<div>The Marketing Specialist (MS) will oversee all of Gospel in Life's current social media channels and any untapped or future networks. The MS will also execute our monthly social media campaigns, including email campaigns to donors, landing page creation and oversee the process of our physical letter mailings that we send out 5-6 times a year. It makes it a lot more fun :)</li><li><strong>Paid Search Experience:</strong> We're looking for an expert in Paid Search (Google, Youtube, Apple Search Ads, etc.). You'll need to have experience scaling paid campaigns successfully and managing 6 to 7-figure budgets on these channels. <em>2+ years of experience on Google and management of $1 million+/month preferred. Previous mobile app campaign experience is a massive plus.&nbsp;</em></li><li><strong>Other Paid Marketing Experience:</strong> Managed Programmatic, DSP, OTT/CTV, or even Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc) ad campaigns. Overall, we're looking for someone to manage existing channels and set up and execute tests across new paid media to diversify our channels. Having a solid foundation in marketing that can be applied outside of Paid Search and Display will be a crucial part of this role.</li><li><strong>Grit &amp; detail-oriented:</strong> We really care about what we're doing &amp; try to build as fast as possible. Everything we do, say, send, or spend money on should be top-notch quality and set Hallow apart as the best.</li><li><strong>Bonus, nice-to-have:</strong> Not necessary, but other language (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Polish, or Italian) fluency is excellent. We are currently expanding internationally across multiple languages. Experience in running paid media campaigns in languages outside of English or fluency in another language is amazing to have.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Salary: </strong>$120,000 - $190,000 a year<br><br></div><div>The above range only includes cash compensation. Each full-time employee in the US also receives significant equity compensation, which has the potential to be the biggest economic benefit of joining Hallow, alongside a top-tier benefits package (e.g., unlimited PTO, insurance, remote-flexible work, fully paid parental leave, 401(k) match, and stipends for health &amp; wellness, home-office, and learning).</div><div><br></div><div>The above range for cash compensation will be split between a base salary and target annual bonus.
