Our goal is to leverage Technology in<br>Missions to bring God’s word “to every tribe, tongue, people and nation” (audacious goal, but<br>something to work towards).<br><br>We are seeking a passionate and versatile Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic product<br>development team developing and deploying our cutting-edge web and mobile applications for<br>Christian church, ministry, and missions to further the purposes of God on the earth, to serve<br>people and strengthen their walk with God. You will play a key role in building and enhancing<br>both web and mobile applications, and your expertise in Dart, Flutter, Golang, and Cloud<br>Platforms (GCP, others) will be invaluable in shaping the future of our digital products.<br><br><strong>ROLE DESCRIPTION</strong><br>The following provides an overview of the responsibilities that we presently envision for this<br>role. These will be continuously updated as new initiatives are explored.<br>• Design, develop, and implement features for web and mobile applications using Dart and<br>Flutter.<br>• Build robust and scalable backend services using Golang and deploy them on Cloud<br>Platforms (GCP, others).<br>• Develop and integrate AI/ML models into applications to enhance user experience and<br>functionality.<br>• Collaborate with designers, product team leaders, and other developers to define technical<br>requirements and solutions.<br>• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.<br>• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and performance.<br>• Contribute to the overall technical architecture and infrastructure of our applications.<br>• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.<br>• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.<br>• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development, cloud<br>platforms, and AI/ML.<br>• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues<br><br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</strong><br>• Must have a definite call of God to this kind of ministry role, with a strong passion for God’s<br>Word and depth in the Spirit.<br>• Must be passionate about local church ministry, discipling, equipping and empowering<br>people for Kingdom purposes.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.<br>• 2+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter, and<br>Golang.<br>• Experience with building and deploying applications on Cloud Platforms (GCP, others).<br>• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical experience with ML libraries or frameworks is<br>a plus.<br>• Passion for building high-quality software and providing an exceptional user experience.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a<br>team environment.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.<br>• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.<br><br></div>
