Castle Strategies is hiring a
Remote Sales Contractor

📍 Remote

Castle Strategies is expanding and looking for independent, commission-based sales contractors to connect businesses with technology solutions, such as phone systems/VoIP services and IT helpdesk support. 

Our business is faith-based, rooted in Christian values like integrity, service, and excellence. We welcome anyone seeking a flexible income opportunity, especially pastors, church workers, youth ministers, and college students interested in gaining valuable sales experience. 
 
What You’ll Do: 

  • Build relationships with businesses and organizations to understand their technology needs.
  • Recommend trusted solutions through our vetted vendor partners.
  • Help clients purchase services directly from providers — your service is always free to the client.
  • Serve with professionalism, honesty, and a spirit of helpfulness.

What We Offer:
 
  • Remote, flexible opportunity — set your own hours.
  • Commission-only (most products provide monthly reoccurring commission) — earn based on vendor payouts (varies by service and provider).

What We’re Looking For:
 
  • Sales, business development, or ministry experience helpful but not required.
  • Strong people skills — enjoy talking with and helping others.
  • Comfort with technology basics (we will train you! Just a basic understanding of what the products offer).
  • Motivated, dependable, and mission-minded individuals.
