Job Description
Growth Marketer
As a Growth Marketer, you'll focus on capturing and converting in-market demand. You'll optimize the middle and bottom of the funnel through tools like HubSpot, webinars, email nurture campaigns, and landing page testing. Your work will help scale high-impact, revenue-generating programs that drive conversion and improve pipeline efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role
- Develop multi-touch nurture tracks and remarketing strategies to advance leads through the funnel.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot campaigns, including workflows, lead scoring models, and audience segmentation.
- Write clear, conversion-focused copy for emails and landing pages; use tools like Canva to quickly create supporting visuals.
- Oversee day-to-day HubSpot administration to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Partner with our CRO agency to test and improve website and landing page performance.
- Use ClickUp to manage campaign timelines, testing schedules, and workflow execution.
- Monitor conversion metrics across the funnel and proactively identify friction points or drop-offs.
- Plan and execute webinars and virtual events to engage, nurture, and convert leads.

Technical Qualifications
Required:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including automation workflows, segmentation, and performance reporting
- Demonstrated success optimizing lead flow, conversion rates, and overall pipeline performance
- Experience applying CRO principles and funnel strategies to improve campaign and website effectiveness
- Strong project management skills; familiarity with tools like ClickUp or Asana is a plus
Preferred:
- Located in PST or MST time zones
- Experience with OptinMonster
Office Requirements:
- We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel sometimes required 1-2 times per year.
- A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
- US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
Additional Information
The starting annual salary for this role is between $72,000-$87,000.
