Remote Agentic AI Prompt Engineer

Hiring Asap!! This is a 1099 consulting opportunity! 100% remote in US or Canada! 

• Strong Language Proficiency: Ability to craft clear, precise, and context-aware prompts for LLMs across various use cases (e.g., data extraction, summarization, reasoning, code generation). 
• Understanding of LLM Behavior: Familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of models like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.; experience with few-shot and zero-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, and instruction tuning. 
• Analytical and Iterative Thinking: Skilled at evaluating model outputs, identifying failure modes, and iteratively refining prompts to improve performance. 
• Tooling and Scripting: Proficiency with Python (or JS) to automate testing and evaluation of prompts; experience integrating LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). 
• Evaluation and Metrics: Ability to design and apply qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess prompt effectiveness; familiarity with evaluation frameworks like RAG pipelines or prompt scoring systems is a plus. 
• Domain Adaptability: Comfortable working across various domains (e.g., legal, marketing, dev tools, healthcare) and learning domain-specific language or tasks quickly. 
• Collaboration and Documentation: Excellent communication skills for working with product, engineering, and research teams; ability to document prompt patterns and findings clearly.
