About the Client: Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced organization, is expanding its IT team and seeking a talented Software Developer to join their ranks. Our client values innovation, leadership, and a strong commitment to excellence.

About the Position: A successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of our client's interface, which is built on both Android and IOS platforms. This position reports to the lead developer and requires a self-starter with approximately 10 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the lead developer and other team members to design, develop, and maintain software applications for Android and IOS platforms.
  • Utilize React Native and Expo platforms proficiently to enhance the user experience.
  • Work with Azure SQL for database management and integration.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, assisting those who may require additional guidance with coding tasks.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in React Native and Expo platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure SQL for database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be a Christian and actively serve at a church.
  • Must be able to articulate personal conversion to Christianity and the gospel.
  • Must have references from both previous employers and current pastors
