<div><em>Operation Blessing (OB)</em> is looking for a <strong>Web Designer</strong> to manage and optimize <em>Operation Blessing's</em> digital presence through website design, content management, email marketing support, fundraising initiatives, analytics, and project coordination.<br><br></div><div>This position collaborates with internal stakeholders, corporate IT teams, and third-party development partners to deliver effective digital experiences that support ministry, marketing, and fundraising objectives. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB’s Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ’s name to meet physical and spiritual needs.</div><div><br></div><div>The salary range for this position is $51,700-$55,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>1-3 years of experience in web development and design</li><li>Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices</li><li>Proficient in Internet production tools</li><li>Working knowledge of ASP, HTML, XML, Visual Basic or Java desirable</li><li>Working knowledge in WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and website reporting tools.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent ability to use design practices, modeling and system documentation</li><li>On-going ability to learn new methods and technologies and implement them</li><li>Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines</li><li>Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a creative team</li><li>Strong project and time management skills with ability to prioritize work</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public</li><li>Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with Operation Blessing's Christian mission</li></ul>
