The SSA acts as the bridge between non-IT stakeholders and the software development staff, crafting technology and feature roadmaps, delivering requirement specifications, and working directly with the software delivery team to ensure quality development and release of features. The SSA coordinates with our project managers, executive sponsors, and departmental “business owners” to ensure organizational alignment in terms of timelines, commitments, and status.
