Data Analyst

📍 Indianapolis, IN

Scope: We are seeking a Christ-loving Data Analyst with experience in the healthcare field that is a diligent problem solver who uses data in creative ways to reach ministry goals. Utilize your skills and life to increase your service to Jesus Christ by working alongside us in saving babies and souls.

Reports To: Sr. Director of Operations

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Will consider remote)

A Little About Us: Pre-Born! is a national grant-maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)! We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies from abortion and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Qualifications:
  • Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • 100% pro-life
  • Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in data management, mathematics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare data analysis, including full competency across all three primary stages of the patient journey including but not limited to: (1) marketing, (2) call center and (3) healthcare relationships.
  • Proficiency with database programming languages (such as SQL), visualization tools and applications
  • Proficiency with warehousing and analysis software packages
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties:
  • Ability to accumulate disparate data sets from multiple sources, normalize data, and assess the results in a fluid, adaptable environment
  • Analyzing data to assist in delivering optimal marketing, call center, and healthcare provision results
  • Make recommendations on data warehousing and analytics software packages to PreBorn! based on technology sources and data usage – including integration with electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Consistently improving data quality, data usage, reporting, insights, and application of data learnings
  • Identifying potential third-party data sources that may facilitate PreBorn!’s mission
  • Working with PreBorn! Team to establish base measurables, generate reporting to illustrate those measurables, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Converting data into usable information (eg reports, presentations, and dashboards) that is easy to understand

Pay: $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
