RADIUS Church is hiring a
Campus Director of Media & Technology
📍 Lexington, SC
The Campus Director of Media & Technology provides oversight to all areas of Media & Technology for the campus. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Have a working knowledge of all on-campus technology & technology systems (Media, Kids Check-in, Wifi / Networking, etc.)
- Interface with Director of Technology & Media, Campus Production Team Leader, Campus Pastor, Kids Coordinators, and other necessary leaders to provide necessary technical support for daily activities, worship services, rehearsals & special events
- Oversee maintenance scheduling for all technologies on campus
- Communicate with all necessary parties as required to maintain / troubleshoot technology systems on campus
- Assist in the design and implementation of new campus technology systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of all campus systems
- Recruit and train new volunteers for weekend services. This includes one-on-one as well as small group format training
- Assist with the annual budget creation/proposal process for your campus
- Maintain accurate expense and budget accounting for your campus
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of production experience in any of these 4 major categories (Audio, Video, Lighting, and/or Networking)
- Basic understanding of A/V/L Systems
- Ability to train in one-on-one and large group settings
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a ‘team first’ environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with various personalities and positions
- Minimum of 2 years of proven team leadership (production/media preferred but not req’d)
- Previous A/V/L or IT System Design experience preferred but not req’d
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Dante preferred but not req’d
Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience
